Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Obscurant Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports, and developing and maintaining financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports, including management accounts and financial statements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Fully or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) or qualified through experience.
  • Experience in management accounting or a similar role, preferably in the distribution, logistics, or warehousing industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and good relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical thinking and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Sage, and advanced Excel skills.
