Solution Architect - Dynamics 365

DRIVE is a major business transformation initiative within Rotork, aiming to modernize our systems, enhance our processes, and foster collaboration across departments to deliver greater value to our customers.

The DRIVE program involves the rollout of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Supply Chain Management, including standardized processes maintained across all functions.

  • Collaborate with DRIVE IT Function Leads and Function Deployment Leads to address solution-related queries from BT DRIVE Programme/Project Managers.
  • Ensure deliverables for each deployment phase are consolidated, delivered, and reviewed/approved, including updated solution blueprints and solution design documents from relevant architects.
  • Analyze business requirements in conjunction with the Business Analysis team and work with stakeholders to align their expectations with current and future technology capabilities.
  • Document the relevant platform solution architecture across processes, software, data, and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Experience with D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) and Configure Price Quote solutions (e.g. e-Con / Experlogix) for complex quoting scenarios.
  • Knowledge of D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management with product configurators and understanding of product configurations and bill of materials (BOMs) linking to items/products.
  • General CRM/ERP cross-system knowledge and experience, including handoffs and integrations.
  • Understanding of Project Execution, including Project Management Accounting in D365 F&SCM and integration to D365 CE for Sales/Field Service.
  • Appreciation of product data management across ERPs and CRMs.
  • Experience with large technology projects, including strategic and tactical planning, implementation, analysis, design, and deployment.
