Job Summary:
RSK Group, a leading international health, safety, and environmental consultancy, is seeking an experienced Asbestos Consultant to join our successful national asbestos team on a permanent, full-time basis. This home-based role requires commutability to Livingston and involves some travel as needed.
About the Role:
- Conduct building surveys and bulk sampling to identify asbestos-containing materials.
- Perform asbestos monitoring and clearances, ensuring accurate reporting and certification.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage projects and small teams, utilizing strong organizational and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role within a UKAS-accredited organization.
- P403 and P404 and/or P402 OR S301 (W504) with CoCA certifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to write accurate and concise technical reports.
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Team player, able to build rapport within an established team.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly, as well as work weekends on occasion.
- Full driver's license.
Benefits:
- Full-time, permanent position with 37.5 hours per week plus overtime (when required).
- Salary: Up to £35,000 + car allowance.
