Job Summary

As the Head of Workplace Performance Management, you will play a key role in delivering a major change programme across the UK, consolidating our portfolio to save £Bn over 10 years.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the team that supports the operational requirement for data and information, driving continuous improvement in services and customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with the Performance Partner to bring together multiple data sources, enabling deeper insights and actionable intelligence to drive strategic decision-making.
  3. Champion innovation in the delivery of services, responding to environmental changes and customer expectations.
  4. Manage WS innovation activities around smart/intelligent buildings, prioritizing key activities to ensure optimal efficiencies.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest standard, collaborating with the WE Insight team and Leesman as required.
  6. Manage the Performance Partner and IWMS contracts, ensuring all KPIs and compliance targets are met.
  7. Provide leadership and effective day-to-day management of the Workplace Services Performance Management team.
Person Specification

Essential Experience

Extensive contract management experience, with a proven track record of leading and managing projects in a workplace services environment.

Knowledge and experience of workplace services performance management, including commercial frameworks and IT systems.

Proven experience of working with large and complex data sets, including analysing, interpreting, and presenting data and insights.

Previous leadership experience, with a proven ability to work with diverse groups of senior stakeholders.

Essential Skills

Strong engagement, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to create an open and collaborative working environment.

Commercial acumen, with the ability to work with a variety of senior stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking Skills

Proven ability to work with a diverse group of senior stakeholders, with the ability to challenge constructively at senior levels.

Desirable Experience

Experience of working in a Business, Maths, or Science-related role.
