Bookkeeping Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading investment management company. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial data.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently receiving, inputting, and filing invoices
- Handling the import and reconciliation of bank statements
- Managing credit control of the sales ledger and addressing related queries
- Monitoring debtors and creditors
- Aiding in generating payment and BACS files for the bank
- Processing employee expenses and credit card transactions, including reconciliation and ledger entries
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with experience in bookkeeping software, particularly Xero
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including skills to utilise VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Pivot tables
