About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading investment management company. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently receiving, inputting, and filing invoices
  • Handling the import and reconciliation of bank statements
  • Managing credit control of the sales ledger and addressing related queries
  • Monitoring debtors and creditors
  • Aiding in generating payment and BACS files for the bank
  • Processing employee expenses and credit card transactions, including reconciliation and ledger entries
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills with experience in bookkeeping software, particularly Xero
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including skills to utilise VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Pivot tables
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including access to state-of-the-art hardware and software support, modern amenities, and a dedicated shuttle bus service.
