DBT Therapist Lead

South West London and St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust is committed to providing high-quality mental health services to children and young people. We are seeking a highly skilled DBT Therapist Lead to join our team, who will be responsible for developing and delivering DBT training programs for staff members.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with children and young people, as well as a strong understanding of DBT principles and practices. They will be responsible for creating and implementing DBT training programs, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to staff members.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified therapist to make a meaningful contribution to the development of DBT services within our trust. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:- To develop and deliver DBT training programs for staff members.
- To create and implement DBT coaching and mentoring programs for staff members.
- To contribute to the development of DBT services within our trust.
£55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
