Join Our Team as a Team Leader at Costa Coffee

We're on the hunt for a talented Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Costa Coffee. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for creating a smooth and efficient work environment, training and accrediting new Baristas, and driving success for yourself and your team.

What You'll Do
  • Lead by example and maintain high standards of quality and customer service
  • Train and develop new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Monitor and manage store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance across the team
What We're Looking For
  • A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proven ability to train and develop others, with a passion for mentoring and coaching
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
