At The People Pod, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Operations to lead our flagship restaurant in Greater Manchester.

Salary: £48,750 - £52,250 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses.

The successful candidate will oversee a high-turnover establishment with a strong focus on hospitality and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction;
  • Leading a team of staff to achieve operational excellence;
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives;
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality.
