We have an exciting role for a Disability Assessor at Medacs Healthcare, where you will use your clinical expertise to assess individuals and provide expert reports.

About the Role

As a Disability Assessor, you will work autonomously as part of a multi-disciplinary team, using your clinical knowledge and expertise to deliver high-quality functional assessment reports for PIP. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of individuals to determine their eligibility for PIP
  • Writing comprehensive reports that accurately reflect the individual's condition and needs
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current and unrestricted NMC/HCPC registration
  • Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) qualification
  • Strong report writing and communication skills
  • Typing proficiency and IT system navigation skills
