We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sessional Lecturer to join our dynamic Film School team at UCEN Manchester.
As a Sessional Lecturer, you will deliver specialized instruction to aspiring filmmakers, guiding them through practical, creative, and theoretical aspects of film production.
This role is perfect for industry professionals who want to share their knowledge, mentor students, and contribute to the development of the next generation of filmmakers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality instruction to students in film production
- Develop and maintain course content and learning materials
- Contribute to departmental meetings and activities
- Mentor students and provide guidance on film production
- Certificate of education or PGCE
- Current and valid industry specialism
- Assessor qualifications (if required by Awarding Organisation)
- Minimum Level 3 occupational qualification
- English and maths minimum level 2 Grace C or grade 4 and above
