About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Revit Technician to join our dynamic and progressive structural design consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality building information models (BIM) and technical documentation using Revit software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed BIM models for various building types, including residential, commercial, education, and infrastructure projects.
- Liaise with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development of innovative and efficient design solutions, leveraging your expertise in Revit and BIM.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of technical documentation and BIM delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and software updates to maintain expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Revit and BIM, with a strong understanding of building design and construction principles.
- Excellent technical skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
