Job Title: Multiskilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Tradesperson to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. As a Multiskilled Tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out general repairs, kitchen fitting, and bathroom fitting on void properties
  • Working on a long-term contract with the potential to become permanent
  • Previous experience carrying out similar works is required
  • Joiner or plumbing bias, so must have relevant qualifications (NVQs/City & Guilds)
  • Competent at completing other basic repairs/maintenance
Requirements:
  • 37 hour working week, Monday to Friday
  • On tools and transport required
