Forecourt Infrastructure Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Sage Global Services Limited in Falkirk. This exciting role offers the perfect blend of infrastructure management, project coordination, and business acumen.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to take on a challenging and rewarding position that will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

You will be responsible for managing the maintenance and improvement of all aspects of the forecourt operation, including designing and preparing reports, contractor relationship management, permit issuance, and quality control review.

Your main accountabilities will include:

  • Designing and preparing reports to ensure timely completion and action of significant tasks;
  • Contractor relationship management, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and quality control standards;
  • Permit issuance and approval of RAMS, contractor auditing, and site inspections;
  • Ownership of regional sites operational, regulatory compliance reports;

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to manage national projects as allocated by the Group Infrastructure Director, administer the FM system, identify and maximize third-party income opportunities, and conduct senior manager visits as per company schedule.

Duties will require nights away from home and regular travel throughout the UK.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of the MFG business model and experience working in both the forecourt and retail sectors;
  • Experience in project management, contract administration, and health and safety management;
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and ability to use other software applications as required;
  • High self-motivation, discipline, and strong work ethics, with the ability to prioritize duties effectively;
  • Able to work independently, influence, and engage with stakeholders at all levels;
  • A good level of numeracy and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
