Health and Safety Advisor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Irwin & Colton. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing health and safety across localised projects, ensuring compliance with key changes to legislation, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the company.

**Responsibilities:**

- Implement health and safety policies and procedures across multiple sites
- Conduct audits, inspections, and accident investigations to identify areas for improvement
- Engage with managers to ensure responsibilities are clear and answer technical health and safety-related enquiries

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within Rail or Civil Engineering
- Hold a NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent)
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
