Job Title: Purchase Ledger Accountant

At Ethero, we are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Purchase Ledger.

Your primary duties will include inputting non-PO invoices into NetSuite, clearing the Purchase Ledger inbox daily, and sending remittances for the weekly payment run. You will also be responsible for supporting with input of PO invoices and handling supplier queries via phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input non-PO invoices into NetSuite
  • Clear the Purchase Ledger inbox daily
  • Send remittances for the weekly payment run
  • Support with input of PO invoices
  • Handle supplier queries via phone

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in accounting and be able to work accurately and efficiently. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with suppliers.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus benefits.
