About The Client:
Castlefield Recruitment is currently working with a well-established housing association in North Lancashire seeking a Neighbourhood Officer for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with the strong possibility to go permanent.
About The Role:
- To provide visible and accessible resident engagement in the community, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- To proactively manage your case workload in relation to tenancy and estate matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer enquiries.
- To be actively involved in the delivery of Neighbourhood Plans, estate management, and improvements, collaborating with partners and stakeholders within the community.
- To ensure that Safeguarding/Domestic Abuse/Tenancy Support cases and Antisocial Behaviour/Tenancy Enforcement cases are managed in accordance with our policies and procedures, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
- To coordinate the management of emergencies such as fire or flood in our homes or on our estates, including decants and liaison with partner organisations, ensuring a swift and effective response.
What You Need:
- Excellent organisational and case management skills, with the ability to follow procedures and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents, colleagues, and partners in a professional and respectful manner.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality services, with a focus on resident satisfaction and community engagement.
Salary: £28,350 - £31,500 per annum, with a flexible hybrid working pattern offering a minimum of 4 days a month onsite/in the office.
