About the Role:

The Senior Audit Professional will play a crucial part in our team, conducting audit fieldwork and planned procedures at client premises. This is an exceptional opportunity for those seeking to advance their careers in accounting and auditing. With a minimum of 2 years' experience within a reputable accountancy firm, you will have strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting frameworks (IFRS/UK GAAP), and relevant legislation. You will be responsible for preparing statutory financial statements from client data, highlighting pertinent risk areas, and planning and finalizing audit assignments for review by Partners/Managers. As you progress in your role, you will assume increasing responsibility for your portfolio with guidance from your manager. Additionally, you will contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets, cultivate enduring client relationships, and demonstrate proven leadership abilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading accountancy and business advisory firm operating across the UK, with a vast network of employees and numerous offices. The company offers a supportive environment for professional growth and development. You will have access to robust support from a dedicated learning and development team, allowing you to enhance your skills and knowledge in auditing standards, financial reporting frameworks (IFRS/UK GAAP), and relevant legislation. Your salary will be circa £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualification status.
