Job Title: Sales Progressor

Are you a seasoned Sales Progressor looking for a new challenge? Our client, a reputable Estate Agent with multiple offices across Essex, is seeking an experienced and efficient Sales Progressor to join their busy office in Chigwell.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing properties from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts. This will involve liaising with surveyors and solicitors, advising clients on a regular basis throughout the process, and updating vendors on their sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage properties from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts
  • Liaise with surveyors and solicitors
  • Advise clients on a regular basis throughout the process
  • Update vendors on their sale
  • Record and input information onto the database
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a Sales Progressor role
  • Exceptionally well-organized and literate
  • Able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent standard of written communication
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Client-focused and target-driven
  • Good interpersonal skills
What We Offer
  • Basic salary: £26,000
  • OTE: £30,000
