Horizon Teachers is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team in a secondary school rated 'Outstanding' by OFSTED in Kensington and Chelsea, West London.

Earn up to £550 per week in this rewarding role, starting in January.

About the Job:

This position requires working with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. You will be expected to assist in managing behaviour and utilizing your initiative to support students wherever necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with SEN in a secondary school setting
  • Assisting class teachers with classroom preparation and organization
  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff to develop individualized learning plans
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience supporting children of secondary age
  2. Competency in GCSE Maths and English
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
