Job Description

At ASOS, we're looking for a talented Senior Designer - Multi-product to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for creating market-leading product across multiple departments, including casual and formal end uses.

We're seeking a highly experienced designer with a strong commercial eye and a passion for delivering high-quality, fashion-forward designs that meet the needs of our 20-something customer. You'll need to have a strong understanding of brand purpose and Fashion with Integrity, and be able to drive the success of our department through strategic and commercial thinking.

As a Senior Designer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Researching and developing market-leading product across multiple departments
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that have a positive commercial impact
  • Presenting trend research and influencing the design direction for the department
  • Working closely with suppliers and factories to develop new fabrics and finishes
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members to drive innovation and excellence

We're looking for someone with:

  • Significant experience in designing across multiple product lines
  • Previous experience of direct sourcing from fabric mills and working with pattern cutters and machinists
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
