About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead in Adult Psychiatry to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and oversight to our adult mental health services.

Main Responsibilities

* Develop and implement clinical pathways to improve patient outcomes and service delivery
* Provide statutory clinical reports and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
* Apply evidence-based approaches to clinical practice and promote multidisciplinary working
* Support the development of a seamless service and continuity of care that respects social inclusion and cultural diversity

Requirements

* Full GMC Registration with license to practice
* Section 12 Approval and Approved Clinician status
* Relevant CCT or CESR
* Experience in providing clinical leadership and oversight to adult mental health services
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to take full and independent responsibility for clinical care of patients
