Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is seeking experienced Banking & Finance Solicitors to join our client's team as In-House Counsel. Key Responsibilities:

About the Role:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years PQE in Banking & Finance
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating complex loan documentation for Lender or Borrower
  • Real Estate, Asset, or Structured Products experience is a plus
