We are seeking an experienced Energy Transition Consultant to join our Digital Trust and Cyber Security team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify key requirements, challenges, opportunities, and aspirations for their organisation.

The Energy Transition Consultant will lead multiple technical cyber security engagements on a day-to-day basis, including sales and business development initiatives in the energy and utilities sector. The role requires building and managing excellent networks and client relationships at CIO, CFO, COO, CISO, or Head of Technology level across various organisations within the sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as commercial awareness and industry relationships that can drive revenue in excess of £1.5 million per year. A trusted and respected leader with experience in running highly effective teams that deliver client outcomes and develop individuals is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical cyber security engagements and sales initiatives in the energy and utilities sector
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships at senior levels
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth exceeding £1.5 million annually
  • Manage and motivate high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory environments, particularly in cyber security and privacy
Qualifications and Experience
  • CISSP, CISM, CIPP/E, GISCP, ISA 62443 (or equivalent) qualifications preferred
  • Proven track record in selling and leading cyber resilience and transformation projects
  • Experience applying key cyber security standards and best practices such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS regulations, and NIS CAF
