About the Position:

  • Support teachers in creating and implementing differentiated lesson plans, addressing the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, using strategies to promote engagement, motivation, and self-confidence.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, contributing to the assessment and evaluation of student progress.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant qualification in SEN or child development, or demonstrate equivalent experience and skills.
  • Demonstrate expertise in strategies for managing challenging behaviors and promoting positive relationships.
  • Be willing to participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in SEN teaching.

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of $41,000 - $46,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits and perks.
