Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager at the British Heart Foundation, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store. This includes taking full responsibility in their absence, inspiring and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey, and contributing towards the success of the store by achieving targets, maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising, and maximising sales through physical and digital channels.
