The role offers broad exposure to finance operations and includes study support for AAT or CIMA qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

  • Process purchase invoices in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers.

T&A System Management:

  • Maintain the Time & Attendance system.
  • Generate weekly reports to ensure accurate recording of hours.
  • Set up new starters and handle employee queries related to T&A.

Stock Takes:

  • Coordinate weekly stock takes.
  • Provide templates for stock recording.
  • Ensure timely and accurate receipt of stock take results.

Office Supplies:

  • Monitor and manage office supply stock levels.
  • Order office supplies as needed.

Accounts Receivable Support:

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks as required.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

AAT or CIMA qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
