FRS Ltd is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to provide critical support to the finance team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger and Time & Attendance system, handling administrative tasks related to stock takes, and assisting with various finance functions.
The role offers broad exposure to finance operations and includes study support for AAT or CIMA qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
- Process purchase invoices in a timely manner.
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers.
T&A System Management:
- Maintain the Time & Attendance system.
- Generate weekly reports to ensure accurate recording of hours.
- Set up new starters and handle employee queries related to T&A.
Stock Takes:
- Coordinate weekly stock takes.
- Provide templates for stock recording.
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of stock take results.
Office Supplies:
- Monitor and manage office supply stock levels.
- Order office supplies as needed.
Accounts Receivable Support:
- Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks as required.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
AAT or CIMA qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
