The Star Pubs Management Agreement operates The King's Arms in Silsden, Yorkshire. This iconic stone-built pub offers an upscale atmosphere for leisure activities, appealing to affluent, mature clientele. Our business model focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a welcoming ambiance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the pub, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Lead and mentor staff members to provide top-notch service.
• Analyze sales data, optimize inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.
• Develop effective marketing campaigns to attract new customers and increase sales.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to offer seamless food and beverage services.
