The RNN Group is seeking an experienced Marketing and Campaigns Manager to join their team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the marketing strategy and action plan for the Group.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Director of Marketing and Learner Recruitment in the delivery of the marketing strategy and action plan.
- Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure optimum performance.
- Coordinate and manage year-round recruitment campaign activity, including advertising, media relations, and the development of marketing materials.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to attract prospective learners, employers, and other key influencers.
- Manage and inspire high-performing teams to contribute to the goals of the organisation.
- Experience in planning and implementing marketing plans and campaigns, ideally in a senior marketing role.
- Experience of working with/in the media or creative journalism.
- Successful experience of managing and inspiring effective high-performing teams.
- Superb organisational, relationship building, and writing skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead the marketing team to be proactive and show initiative.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Industry relevant qualifications, such as Certificate in Marketing Diploma.
- Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths (or be willing to undertake).
