Location: Northampton (hybrid)

Salary: £28,000-30,000 per annum inc shift allowance

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Service Engineer to join our dynamic IT Services team. This role is crucial in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line support to customers and internal teams
  • Evaluate and escalate issues to 2nd/3rd line
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Respond promptly to tickets

Requirements:

  • 1 year Service Desk experience
  • MSP experience (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Office 365
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
  • Experience with virtualisation technologies, such as VMWare and Hyper-V
  • SCCM and SharePoint expertise
