Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage all gym activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our members.
  • Supervise and motivate our Personal Training team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of fitness programs and initiatives that drive member engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve overall club performance.

Requirements:
