We are seeking a talented lawyer to join our team at Edwards & Pearce. The ideal candidate will have experience in family law and be able to provide expert advice to clients.
The Role:- Represent clients on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and property disputes.
- Analyse cases, research relevant laws, and advise clients accordingly.
- Create court pleadings, agreements, and petitions as required.
- Work closely with other teams within the company to deliver exceptional client service.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in procedures and laws.
- At least 2 years' experience in family law.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other teams.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
