Job Summary

MAPP is a leading specialist in commercial property and asset management, with over £30bn+ of property under management for a variety of UK and overseas Fund Managers, REITs and other property owners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead London Bridge City's ESG roadmap, supporting the team through authentic ESG initiatives and partnerships.
  2. Support integrated social value with an emphasis on people.
  3. Champion equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging.
  4. Become an ESG resource to occupiers, building relationships, seeking opportunities for partnerships as well as growing and developing social value and sustainability networks.
  5. Cultivate relationships with London Bridge City's local community partners.
  6. Work with Communications and Community Manager to raise awareness, promote and celebrate ESG projects.
  7. Assist in delivering London Bridge City quarterly and annual impact reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a similar role.
  • Minimum 3 years of project and technical delivery around sustainability.
  • Experience of working in the Real Estate or Facilities Management sector would be desirable.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline (environment, engineering, sustainability or energy-related subjects would be an advantage).
