Training Department Lead

Generis Enterprise Technology Limited is a fast-growing, successful UK-headquartered developer of world-class Content and Regulatory Information Management technology for regulated industries globally. We are seeking an experienced Training Department Lead to develop internal and external training courses and programs, manage training implementations, create, review, and approve training and user documentation.
About the RoleThis key role will lead and manage the training department, ensuring effective development and delivery of training programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training initiatives, evaluate training effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.
The successful candidate will also mentor and guide the Life Sciences Training Specialist and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development. A strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and training evaluation methods is essential for this position.
Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees and clients.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve training outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training facilitation, preferably in the life sciences industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in instructional design software, learning management systems, and multimedia authoring tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, discretionary performance/merit-based bonus, pension, private healthcare, flexible working arrangements, half day Friday policy, wellness programme, career progression, and personal development opportunities. This role is based remotely within the UK, and we require a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday.
