Business Development Manager

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Heels & Brogues Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients in the North West area. Your goal will be to achieve quarterly Gross Profit (GP) targets with every new business sale earning a commission of 40%.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in the North West area

Achieve quarterly Gross Profit (GP) targets

Potential for future account management of existing clients

Requirements:

Proven track record in achieving sales targets

Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure

Full clean driving license

We are looking for a competitive and motivated individual who can manage and develop relationships with senior business managers. If you have a good level of maturity and are able to work independently, we would love to hear from you.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week
