About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. as a key member of our Customer Service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Arrow customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support internal Account Managers in the day-to-day running of accounts, assisting with customer queries and providing sales support.
  • Liaise with other departments, including Purchasing, Accounts, Dispatch, and Technical Consultants, to fulfill customer requirements and resolve queries.
  • Responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Perform general administration duties, including preparing reports and updating customer records.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or administration environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Understanding of the sales process and the importance of customer satisfaction.
  • Highly motivated and proactive approach to work, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
