Onsite Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Account Manager to join our team at Smart Environmental Support Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our state-of-the-art recycling facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff rotas, sickness, and holiday to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Recruit and manage a pool of candidates to ensure the facility is fully staffed at all times.
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for excellent service and compliance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Monitor employee performance, including pick rates, health and safety, and general conduct.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a recruitment background is essential.
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety at work.
- Understanding of waste and recycling collection operations is an advantage.
- Excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
- Very good level of numeracy.
- Ability to multitask while under pressure.
- Flexible, adaptable approach.
