About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to care home operations.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse.
  • Leadership experience in a care home setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and services that meet the needs and preferences of each resident.
