About the Role

The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth within their designated region. This role involves leading, developing, and managing the performance of a team of Technical Sales Representatives, including conducting KPI meetings and joint customer visits.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales within the pumps and hire-related industries. Demonstrable experience of leading and developing successful field sales teams would be desirable. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare proposals and deliver presentations at a senior level.
