Job Overview

Synergi Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a leading manufacturing company based in Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will have a strong background in team management and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the maintenance function. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement projects to increase efficiencies and reduce downtime, as well as managing key accounts and CAPEX projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical knowledge of PLCs, including Siemens and Mitsubishi;
  • A proven track record of leadership and management experience, particularly in a fast-paced heavy industrial manufacturing environment;
  • Experience in managing CAPEX projects and hands-on support when needed;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in strategic planning to drive a company to excellence;

You can expect a competitive salary of £65,000 + Holidays, Bonus, Life Insurance, Pension, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm work schedule.
