About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Jewellery Polisher to join our team at Cartier. As a Jewellery Polisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our workshop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Polish, refine, and clean gold and platinum repairs, alterations, and production orders to the highest standards.
  • Apply rhodium plating expertise to enhance the appearance of our jewellery pieces.
  • Work closely with the Lead Polisher to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant working environment in the polishing workshop.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain our high-quality standards and achieve daily targets.
  • Perform quality control checks on your work before transferring it to final control.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workshop area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Background in high jewellery production, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of polishing techniques, including threading, and knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflow demands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative in planning and execution.
  • Previous experience working in a high jewellery workshop, with expertise in gold, platinum, and precious gemstones.
