Job Description
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations across all facilities.
  • Regular upkeep of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance.
  • Implementation of security measures, including surveillance, access control, and on-site security personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in facilities management, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a vision for enhancing our facilities in alignment with our corporate goals. They will be responsible for tracking infrastructure, performing routine maintenance tasks, and developing preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal operation of building systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and health & safety regulations.
