Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Automation Engineer to join our team at Uniting Ambition. As a key member of our Cloud Transformation team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and automation solutions.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure builds and migrations from on-premise environments.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, maintainable platforms using Azure cloud services.
  • Implement and manage continuous integration and automated deployment pipelines using tools such as VSTS, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Atlassian, or AzureDevOps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation, orchestration, and infrastructure as code solutions.
  • Develop and maintain scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate cloud infrastructure tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud and automation technologies and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering and automation.
  • Proven experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Resource Manager, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking.
  • Experience with continuous integration and automated deployment tools, such as VSTS, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Atlassian, or AzureDevOps.
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
