Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a thriving and dynamic in-house commercial property team at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership. Our team provides a broad range of commercial property advice to NHS Wales' Health Boards, Trusts, and other NHS bodies.

Main Duties of the Job

As a junior lawyer, you will work under supervision to provide commercial property legal advice and assistance to the NHS bodies in Wales. Your responsibilities will include providing legal updates, general ad-hoc queries, occupational leases, and large-scale development projects.

We are looking for a qualified lawyer with relevant experience in advising on a wide range of commercial property matters. Person Specification

We are looking for a qualified lawyer with a Law Degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (or equivalent). You will have relevant legal knowledge and experience gained through a training contract within commercial property law. You will also have post-qualification experience of advising on commercial property issues and experience of making presentations to non-legal staff.

Aptitude and Abilities

You will have IT skills, including the ability to learn new technologies and IT introduced. You will be able to communicate in all formats on complex business and legal processes and negotiate in often difficult or emotional circumstances. You will also be able to prioritize and organize your own work and recognize your own capabilities.
