About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Worker to join our team at Kedleston Group Ltd. As a Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the home at night, ensuring the presence and safety of all children and young people.
  • Investigate and report any security breaches or incidents to senior staff.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure all children are present and accounted for.
  • Provide support and assistance to children who may be unwell, upset, or in need of guidance.
  • Participate in safeguarding and child protection efforts, adhering to our home's policies and procedures.
  • Assist with domestic duties, such as laundry and cleaning, as required.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with experience in a children's home setting, who is passionate about supporting young people and holds a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent. If you don't have the experience or qualifications yet, but share our commitment to developing confident and capable young people, we encourage you to apply.
