Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Master Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and programming various machines, including Spot Welders, CNC Welding and Bending, Robotic Welding, Hydraulic Press, and Cropping Machines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and program complex machinery to ensure efficient production processes
  • Conduct welding training in MIG, TIG, and ARC
  • Read and understand technical drawings

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a great personality with a can-do attitude, a continuous improvement mindset, and excellent customer service skills. You should also be keen to learn, punctual, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
