Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
**Location:** Various locations across England, including Denby Dale, Huddersfield, and Bradford.
**Salary:** £11.44 - £12.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
About You- You will have an S/NVQ 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, with a background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- You will be able to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
