Nurse Leader

An exceptional new role has emerged for a dedicated Charge Nurse to work in a leading dialysis clinic based in the UK. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and management of the clinic, ensuring seamless patient journeys and a welcoming environment.
• Liaise with external organisations, such as NHS Trusts and the CQC, to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Implement new processes to drive quality improvements and enhance patient care.
• Develop positive relationships with patients and handle any complaints or concerns.
• Ensure accurate records and timely report submissions.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Previous clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting.
• Engaging communication skills and a friendly demeanour to connect with a diverse team and patients.
• Lead by example style to encourage a value-driven culture.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to changing situations in a clinical environment.
• Exceptional organisation skills to manage multiple tasks associated with running a clinic.
