Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team in Swansea Bay University Health Board.
Job OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in occupational therapy, working closely with therapists to support individuals with complex needs.
Main Duties- Provide specialist assessments and therapeutic interventions to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting independence and health within the community and inpatient settings.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and report to relevant staff members, adapting clients' social and physical environments to enhance their function.
- Participate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities, including completing the Diploma of Occupational Therapy Support.
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional training and development opportunities, a supportive work environment, and the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
