The Senior Site Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Assistant/Site Managers and collaborating with a Project Manager/Director to achieve project objectives. This includes overseeing internal and external processes, maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and implementing cost-effective solutions to ensure project profitability.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team. They will also have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Senior Site Manager to join a reputable national developer specializing in new build developments within London and the Home Counties.
We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including bonus incentives, pension scheme, and career development opportunities.
