About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Postperson with Driving to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Postperson with Driving, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Work independently, managing your route and schedule to meet delivery deadlines
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Physical stamina to walk and stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
